Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, email address, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. Set a password, then verify your mobile number via the one-time code sent by SMS. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once verified, your account is active and you can make your first deposit right away. There are no registration fees.

You must be 18 years old or above to create and use a pak8 account. Your date of birth is recorded at registration and may be verified against identity documents before withdrawals are processed. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds frozen. pak8 takes age verification seriously as part of its responsible gaming commitment.

No — each player is only permitted one account. Creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses more than once is a violation of the Terms and Conditions. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same person (by email, mobile number, device or payment method), all accounts except the first will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be voided. If you have accidentally created two accounts, contact support immediately to resolve it.

On the Login page, click the Forgot Password link. Enter the email address you registered with and pak8 will send a reset link to that email. Follow the link to set a new password. If the email does not arrive within five minutes, check your spam folder. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact pak8 support with your registered mobile number and they will guide you through account recovery.

Mobile number verification happens automatically during registration via SMS OTP. Full identity verification — which requires a copy of your CNIC — is typically requested before your first withdrawal or when your account activity triggers a standard review. You will receive a notification in your account with instructions on how to submit documents. The process usually takes one working day to complete once documents are received.

Deposits & Payments

pak8 accepts JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks), debit cards and credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR — there are no currency conversion fees from pak8's side. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers usually arrive within one working day.

The minimum deposit on pak8 is PKR 200 for most payment methods. This applies to all methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and cards. There is no maximum deposit limit specified for standard accounts, though VIP accounts may have higher limits depending on their tier.

JazzCash deposits typically credit within a few seconds. If your deposit has not appeared after five minutes, first check your transaction history in Account Settings to confirm whether the deposit is showing as pending. If it is not appearing at all, check that the JazzCash payment went through on your mobile wallet side — look for a transaction confirmation or deduction in your JazzCash app. If the money left JazzCash but has not reached pak8, contact support with your payment reference number and the support team will investigate.

pak8 does not charge any deposit fees on its end. Your payment provider — JazzCash, your bank or card issuer — may apply their own transaction charges depending on the type of transfer. Check with your payment provider for their own fee schedule. The amount that leaves your account is the amount that arrives in your pak8 balance, minus any provider-side fees.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal on pak8 is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method you used to deposit, or to a verified bank account. You cannot withdraw to a payment method that was not used to fund your account, as this is a standard anti-fraud measure.

Standard withdrawal processing takes 24 to 72 hours from the time your request is submitted and approved. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals tend to be at the faster end of this range. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. VIP players at higher tiers typically receive faster withdrawal processing as one of their tier benefits.

Withdrawals can be delayed for a few reasons: identity verification may not be complete (CNIC upload required), active bonus wagering requirements may not have been fully met, or the withdrawal may have triggered a standard security review. Check your account notifications — if verification documents are needed, you will see a prompt. If you believe there is an error, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

No — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus balances must first be wagered the required number of times as specified in the bonus terms. Only real-money winnings generated from completing the wagering requirements can be withdrawn. Your account balance screen shows your real-money balance and bonus balance separately so you can track both.

Bonuses & Promotions

New players receive a 100% match bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited automatically — no code is needed. The minimum qualifying deposit is PKR 200. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which are specified in the full Terms and Conditions. You must complete the wagering requirements before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The bonus is only available to players who have never previously held a pak8 account.

A wagering requirement means you must bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a PKR 500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling PKR 5,000 using that bonus before the resulting winnings are withdrawable. Progress is tracked in your account under Active Bonuses. Different bonus offers may have different wagering requirements — always check the specific terms of each offer before claiming.

Under the Bonuses or Promotions section you will see all currently active bonus offers, their current wagering progress, the expiry date and the remaining amount to wager. Sports Betting & Cricket

In-play betting lets you place bets on a match while it is in progress. Odds update continuously based on the current state of the game. Bets placed in-play are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for the odds movement — this is normal and not unique to pak8.

If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined, bets are typically voided and stakes returned. If a match is resumed within a specified time and a result is reached via Duckworth-Lewis or other official method, bets usually stand. All Slot games on pak8 use random number generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Each spin is independent of the previous one — past results do not influence future spins. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published on each individual game page so you can see the theoretical long-term return rate before you play. pak8 does not modify game outcomes — the games run on software from the original developers without interference.

RTP stands for Return to Player and is expressed as a percentage. A game with 96% RTP will theoretically return PKR 96 for every PKR 100 wagered over a very large number of spins. This is a statistical average calculated over millions of rounds — it does not mean you will get back 96% in a single session. VIP points used for tier qualification accumulate over a rolling period. If an account is inactive — meaning no real-money bets placed — for a consecutive 90-day period, accumulated points may be reset and the tier level reviewed.
