pak8 Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the pak8 platform, including the website at pak8.pro and any associated mobile-accessible version. By accessing pak8 or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

pak8 reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pak8 will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of pak8 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for players based in Pakistan. All currency references throughout these Terms are to Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. In any conflict between these Terms and any promotional communication, these Terms take precedence.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pak8 you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a pak8 employee
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion or account restriction currently active on pak8

pak8 may request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. This is standard practice and is required to confirm eligibility, prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one pak8 account only. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered in another person's name for your benefit — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, pak8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. pak8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact pak8 support immediately and update your password.

Account information including name, date of birth and national identity details cannot be changed once verified. Changes to contact information such as email address or mobile number may be requested through the account settings section, subject to verification.

pak8 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of Terms violation, fraudulent activity, or collusion. In such cases, pak8 will conduct an investigation and communicate the outcome to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Deposits

All deposits on pak8 are made in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by pak8 at the platform level, though your chosen payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits are typically credited to your pak8 account instantly or within a few minutes for all supported methods. Delays can occasionally occur due to payment provider processing times outside pak8's control. If a deposit has not appeared in your account balance within 30 minutes, contact pak8 support with your transaction reference number.

pak8 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside pak8's control and are not reimbursable by the platform.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from your pak8 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier — Bronze players have a limit of PKR 25,000 per day, rising to PKR 1,000,000 or above for Diamond tier members.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours. VIP players at Gold tier and above benefit from priority processing, and Platinum and Diamond members are eligible for same-day processing. Processing times may be longer during periods of high platform activity or where additional identity verification is required.

Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been used to make a deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pak8 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a certain threshold.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Real-money winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to withdrawal caps as specified in the applicable bonus terms. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is detailed at the point of claiming.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on pak8 are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these General Terms. Where there is any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these General Terms, the bonus-specific term takes precedence for that promotion only.

Standard wagering requirements for welcome and deposit match bonuses on pak8 are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus value in eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds). The contribution of different game types towards wagering requirements varies — Slots typically contribute 100%, while Sports bets, Bingo tickets and other game types may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

• Bonuses must be used within their stated expiry period — typically 30 days from the date of crediting
• Free spins have a maximum win cap per spin as stated in the applicable promotion
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only
• pak8 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed
• Players who open duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on pak8 covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC events), Football, Esports, Tennis and 30+ additional sports. All bets are accepted subject to the markets being open and your stake being within the applicable limits for that market.

Bets are final once confirmed. pak8 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted, except in specific circumstances set out below. Always review your bet slip carefully before confirming, as errors cannot be corrected after confirmation.

In the event of a match or event being postponed, abandoned or declared void after fewer overs or innings than required for official result purposes, the following applies:

• Match winner bets are voided and stakes returned where no official result is declared
• Where a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result is declared for a rain-reduced cricket match, pak8 settles all match winner bets on that official result
• For accumulators, a voided selection is removed from the bet and the remaining selections settle normally
• In-play markets may be suspended temporarily during wickets, goals and other significant events — bets placed during a suspension period are void

pak8 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a palpable error in the odds offered, or where there is evidence of coordinated betting intended to exploit a system error.

8. Slots and Games

All Slot games on pak8 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology tested by independent third-party laboratories. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the individual game page. RTP represents the theoretical long-term average return across all player sessions and is not a guarantee of return in any individual session.

Game malfunctions — including but not limited to server errors, network interruptions or display failures — void all associated pays and stakes. In the event of a game malfunction being identified, pak8 will investigate and, where appropriate, restore the player's balance to its pre-malfunction state.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer do not carry the same RTP as real-money spins on the same game in some configurations. Maximum win caps apply to free spin winnings as stated in the applicable promotion terms.

9. VIP Programme

The pak8 VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. VIP points are earned automatically on qualifying real-money play across all sections of the platform. Free spin winnings and bonus-funded play do not generate VIP points.

VIP tier is reviewed on a monthly basis. Players must maintain a minimum level of activity to retain their current tier. If activity falls below the threshold for the current tier during a review period, the player's VIP status will be adjusted at the next review date.

Weekly cashback is calculated on net real-money losses over the preceding calendar week and credited as bonus funds every Monday. Cashback bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The cashback rate at each tier is: Bronze 3%, Silver 5%, Gold 8%, Platinum 14%, Diamond 20%.

pak8 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, point earn rates, cashback rates and any other programme feature at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified in advance. Points do not have a cash equivalent and cannot be transferred between accounts.

10. Responsible Gaming

pak8 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for adult players who choose to use the platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from the account settings section:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits. Limit increases take 24 hours to take effect; limit decreases apply immediately
• Session time reminders — configure a notification to appear after a defined period of continuous play
• Cooling-off period — temporarily block your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days
• Self-exclusion — permanently or long-term exclude yourself from pak8. This cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period

Gaming should be a form of entertainment that fits within your existing budget and lifestyle. pak8 strongly advises against borrowing money to fund gaming activity. If you feel that your gaming is becoming difficult to control, use the tools above and consider seeking support from an independent organisation.

11. Security and Fraud Prevention

pak8 employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption for all data in transit and secure storage practices for player data at rest. Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant providers and is not stored directly on pak8 servers.

The following activities are classified as fraudulent and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including real-money funds:

• Using stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment methods
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors in odds, game configurations or platform software
• Coordinated betting with other players to guarantee outcomes or exploit promotions (bonus abuse)
• Using software tools, bots or automated systems to interact with pak8 games or markets
• Opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once
• Providing false identity documents during verification

pak8 cooperates with payment providers, financial institutions and relevant authorities where fraud is detected. Reports of fraudulent activity may be shared with third parties as required.

12. Limitation of Liability

pak8 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pak8 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous uptime, the platform may be unavailable temporarily due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside pak8's control.

pak8 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from system outages, internet connectivity failures or device failures on the player's side
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform
• Inaccurate information provided by the player during registration or verification
• Losses incurred due to unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain secure credentials

In cases where pak8 is found liable for a loss, the maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific deposit or transaction in question. Nothing in these Terms limits pak8's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

pak8 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be published on this page with the date of the last update shown at the top. Where changes are substantive, registered players will receive advance notification by email or in-platform message.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using pak8 before the changes come into effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
